PARTICLE FILTERS REGENERATION
Regeneration consists of periodically burning the particles accumulated on the filter.
These particles are mainly comprised of carbon and hydrocarbons.
In the presence of oxygen, filter regeneration via particle combustion takes place naturally when the exhaust gas temperature
exceeds 550°C.
This 550°C is very far from the temperatures observed in the traditional range of HDI engine used. On the one hand,
progress made on engine performance has reduced energy lost to the exhaust; on the other hand, in the city, the engine
is subject to lower thermal loads and the exhaust temperature generally varies between 150°C and 250°C.
ADVANTAGES :
Particle filters reduce the combustion temperature of unburnt hydrocarbon residues by accelerating the speed of carbon oxygenation, and therefore also reduces smoke emission and upkeep.
INSTRUCTIONS :
As a preventive measure, use the particle filters after 10,000km, then every 20,000km or once per year.
Pour 1 L of product in your tank containing at least 25 L of fuel.
Thus mixed, the cleaning agents will transform your diesel fuel into a super cleaner.
Drive normally about 30 to 35 km, then fill to the top.
Maintain an engine speed above 2,500 rpm.

The properties of transformed silicone, perfected by
ACTALYS laboratorys have led to a spectacular improvement
in the operation of diesels vehicles when added to
diesel fuel.
The silicones contained in its composition have a high
resistance to compression and high temperatures.
Their affinities on metals creates the adherence of a thin
film that is both lubricating and anti-adherent for carbon
deposits.
INSTRUCTIONS
100 ml for 100 litres of fuel oil.
1 L for 1500 litres fuel oil.
1 L for 1000 litres, for even better yield.
A 20 litre can treats a 33 000 litre fuel tank.
To free the injectors without dismantling the engine:
1-Unscrew the fuel oil filter bowl, empty half the contents,
and fill with D500.
2-Add 1 litre of D500 to the fuel oil tank, then return to the
normal dose of 1 litre of D500 for 1500 litres of fuel oil.
Many problems can be avoided, you will obtain better
thermal performance and fuel savings while preserving
mechanical parts.

SUPER HIGH PERFORMANCE LUBRICANT
ANTI-FRICTION FOR OIL
M600 ECO is a super lubricant with high lubrication properties and high
chemical and thermal stability.
M600 ECO is compatible with all mineral oils, detergents, and synthetic oils,as well as chlorinated hydrocarbons; only graphite oils are incompatible.
M600 ECO achieves 93% thermal and mechanical efficiency.
M600 ECO is not an additive because it does not modify the molecular
structure of oils.
M600 ECO does not pose a risk of loss of guarantee of your equipment.
Due to its molecular structure, M600 ECO cannot clog your filters.
Engine oils have a pull-out resistance of between 2 and 5 kg/mm2; with M600 ECO, pull-out resistance is 160 kg/mm2.
The thermal stability of oils is typically between 200° and 260°.

WINTERING
Fill the tank before wintering, preferably by adding T 800 at a rate of 1.5% or 15ml / liter in gasoline or oil mixture, this will prevent condensation inside the tank and prevent the formation of scale and rust. Run the engine for a few minutes to allow the T 800 additive to flow into the carburator. T800 is a fuel stabilizer that prevents the formation of residues in the fuel as well as in the carburator itself.
